Katelyn sings Carole King- “I feel the earth move”
Tonight Katelyn brought a much more energetic song compared to last week by singing Carole Kings “I feel the earth move” Here were the judges comments:
Randy– didn’t feel the connection with the song, it all felt kind of “put on” , he did think she looked great though
Ellen — didn’t feel it was the right song to ‘wow’ people with however she has a great voice and look and likes her but this performance wasn’t enough
Kara didn’t feel like she was ‘competing’ tonight and instead was just up there going through the motions. When Kara asked Katelyn if she new what happend Katelyn explained she was just trying to be less corny based on her notes from last week.
Simon loved her hair but felt the performance was kind of like request night at a resturaunt and someone picked Carole King.
